Paperless field operations
Three internal apps that replaced paper forms on the warehouse floor - trailer inspections, an employee kiosk, and IT asset inventory.
Problem
Trailer inspections, employee check-ins, and IT asset tracking all ran on paper across three sites, which meant lost forms, no historical record, and no way to search past inspections when something went wrong.
What I built
Three focused internal applications: a mobile trailer inspection app drivers and yard staff use on-site, an employee self-service kiosk PWA for common HR requests, and a multi-site IT asset inventory system that tracks hardware across all three locations.
Outcome
Paper forms are gone from all three workflows, replaced by a searchable digital record, with no license cost for a third-party platform.
